Bryce Canyon National Park
Bryce is one of my favorite parks as it is the most unique park I have ever seen. The geological hoodoos form natural amphitheaters which are stunning to photograph.

Arches has more than 2000 natural sandstone arches. The most famous being Delicate Arch. The opportunities are abundant in taking sunset and sunrise photos.

Glacier National Park is one of my favorite parks as it includes the range of photographic opportunities from wildlife, mountains, to waterfalls. There are many hiking trails and you can truly emerge yourself in nature.

Photography has helped me become connected to nature. I no longer just snap a picture but look for the aspects of the scene that draws my attention. It has taught me to appreciate the uniqueness and beauty that surrounds us. Of course a great photo has to have a subject or some natural repeating patterns, leading lines, or reflections but so often these just occur naturally.

I not only enjoy photographing landscape but also wildlife. The bald eagle is one of my favorite birds, so when I see a nest with one actively attending to it, I can't wait to photography it. My latest photo was taken this spring as this male had dropped off a bite to the female and then flew off.
I love my camera deeply—not just as a tool, but as a constant companion in my journey through life.
It's been with me across continents, capturing moments both grand and intimate, giving me the power to freeze time and tell stories through light and perspective. From quiet alleys in old towns to sweeping mountain vistas, it has helped me see the world more clearly and express the way I feel about it.
